Marathon Residents Alarmed by Fuel Leak
A group of concerned Marathon residents and business owners yesterday voiced alarm over the lack of information provided about an underground gasoline leak discovered at a Texaco fuel station in the area in January. The gas leak was first reported on Monday.

We come with good news today. All indicators suggest that The Bahamas is on its way to full recovery from what was a very grim economic climate. We survived the worst economic crisis since the great depression. These matters were compounded by a steady rise in the price of oil, thereby increasing the cost of petrol at the pumps.

Final Rites and Burial for the late Mr. Clyde Bethel, Age 78yrs, a resident of Kemp Rd, , will be held at St Margaret's Anglican Church, Kemp Road, at 11:00 am on Saturday 24th , March 2012. Officiating will be The Rev'd Fr. Oswald Pinder and The Rev'd Dr. Roland Hamilton and Interment will follow in the Churches Cemetery.
